- Track campers, parents, staff, leads, & alumni
Bunk1 DB has separate sections for campers, parents, staff, leads, and alumni. However, this information is all connected. For example, parents are connected to campers, and siblings are connected to each other. You can even transfer leads to campers or campers to staff members or alumni with the push of a button.
- Powerful search and reporting tools
In Bunk1 DB, every field is a possible search criteria, including the customizable ones. You can search on every field and in any combination of fields. This gives you almost endless search options. Furthermore, there are over 50 standard reports included – plus several custom reports just for your camp.
- Customizable fields
In addition to the standard fields (name, address, phone number, birthday, etc.) there are over 50 customizable fields in Bunk1 DB. This means that you can ask or track very specific questions for your camp. These customizable fields include free response note fields, drop-down picklists, and checkboxes. Plus, these fields can be updated at any time.
- Billing & payment tracking
Each camper gets an individual ledger to track charges and payments. As camp administrators you can manually adjust and update this information. Furthermore, siblings’ ledgers are connected, giving you a family balance as well.
- Easy-to-use transportation and cabin assignment tools
In Bunk1 DB you’ll find tools that will easily allow you to assign campers to cabins or to buses with the click of your mouse. Interactive screens allow you to view a list of all applicable campers (along with pertinent information) and simply assign them to the appropriate group.
- Multiple years data in one place
Data is never erased from Bunk1 DB. At the end of the summer we run an “End Year”, which transfers all session and cabin information into a camper’s history. This history continues to build, and is available at any time. With this data model, it is incredibly easy to track year-to-year attendance for specific campers and for the whole camp!
- Create online accounts for parents
Even if parents register offline (via paper), you can create an online account for parents so they can log in to pay off any outstanding balances or log in and update the information for next summer. You can also e-mail any parent their online registration username and password with the click of a button.
