With online registration, the information that parents submit goes straight into your database. This eliminates the retyping, illegible handwriting, and lost paperwork associated with data entry. It also frees up your time and your staff’s time.
- Real time capacity and payment balance info for parents
Because online registration is integrated with your camper management system, parents get information that is accurate up-to-the minute. The system knows exactly when a session is filled. Plus, Bunk1 DB can set capacities for gender, specific programs, and even lets parents register for a waitlist. Additionally, parents can log in and see their outstanding balance and make a payment at any time. The balance can even reflect offline payments and discounts!
- Customizable design
We’ll customize the design of online registration so that is consistent with your website. For parents it will be a seamless transition from your website to online registration.
- Customizable fields
In addition to the standard fields in the system (name, address, grade, birthday, etc.), there are over 50 customizable fields, so our online registration can handle any special questions that you might have. Plus, you get to determine which fields are part of the database and which fields are part of online registration, creating both public and private custom fields throughout the system.
- Online credit card payments
Take payments directly online via credit card. Already take credit cards? We can tie your current merchant account directly into DB. Pay the same percentage for both online and offline charges. Need a merchant account? We can help you get one with rates as low as 2.25%!
- Allows parents to pay a deposit or their full balance
You can set online registration to accept a deposit or require a full balance. Online registration can also handle exceptions for siblings, multiple sessions, and more. Plus, this setting can be changed at any time; accept deposits up until a specific date, but after that set the system to require parents to pay the full balance.
- Automatically send a confirmation e-mail
Once parents complete online registration they will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail. You can write (and update) this e-mail yourself and include as many attachments as you would like!
