The information in the camper/cabin pulldown is generated based on the actual Bunk Notes you have sent. For that reason, we cannot delete an entry from that pulldown menu without modifying the actual Bunk Note.
(We do not modify the actual Bunk Note that was received by camp for tracking reasons. In case there is a question, we need to know exactly where a given Bunk Note was sent.)
Simply send a new Bunk Note and manually type in the camper's name and bunk/cabin rather than selecting it from the pulldown. After sending this Bunk Note, the new camper name/cabin will show up in the pulldown so simply take care to select the new entry (with the correct bunk/cabin) rather than the old one.
TIP: To make it clear which camper name is associated with the correct cabin/bunk, you may want to manually type in the camper’s name for your next Bunk Note (do not use the pulldown) but enter a slightly different name (e.g., type “Dave” instead or “David,” add a middle initial to the first name). This will add a new, different entry to the camper name pulldown making it easier to know which entry is associated with the correct cabin.
