ADJUST YOUR FIREWALL
If setting your browser to accept cookies does not solve the problem, the problem may be caused by a firewall. Some companies set up corporate firewalls to protect their computer networks so this is more often an issue if you are using your work computer but firewall software is available for personal computers as well.
If this is a home computer, you can often solve this problem by changing the settings on your firewall to treat Bunk1.com as a “safe” website. If this is a work computer, these settings are determined by your employer and there is probably nothing you can do to enable you to have access at work.
If you are unable to sign in even at home, please call us at 800-216-9472 during normal business hours and someone from the tech department will work with you to figure out what is causing the problem.
