Simply send us the name of the relative, the email address you entered, and the correct email address for this relative and we will correct the information on his or her account. Send the information to support@bunk1.com.
We will also send your relative a username and password reminder email. This email will contain his or her username and password but does not contain as much information explaining the services your camp offers and how to use the account. You may wish to contact your relative so he or she knows to expect our email and what services are available.
