When you set up an account for relatives or friends, we automatically assign them usernames and passwords. We also send them an email with their username and password, explaining what you have done and how to access the password protected Community features.
If your relatives or friends have not received this email, they can request their username and password online. Have them:
1. Go to www.Bunk1.com
2. Click on the link "Lost Your Password?" (to the left of the page below the sign in button.)
3. In the pop up window, enter their email address. If they have more than one, have them enter the email address you used when setting up their account.
They will receive an email with their username and password within a few minutes.
Note: AOL and other email providers include a number of anti-spam (a.k.a. junk email) tools. Like all anti-spam software, these tools are not perfect. Sometimes legitimate email is accidentally tagged as spam and deleted. If they have not received the email, have them contact us at 1-800-216-9472 during normal business hours or via email at support@bunk1.com.
