I SIGNED UP A RELATIVE. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO NOW?

When you set up an account for relatives or friends, we will automatically assign them usernames and passwords.  We will also send them an email with their username and password, explaining what you have done and how to access the password protected Community features. 

 

While you may wish to let your relatives or friends know to expect this email, you do not need to send them anything.  (e.g., You should *not* send them your username and password) 

 

NOTE:  Many email programs (especially AOL!) now come with junk mail (a.k.a. “spam”) blocking filters.  While these filters can be very good at blocking unsolicited and unwanted email, they occasionally block legitimate email.  You may wish to check with your relatives (especially if they use AOL!) to see if they receive the email from Bunk1.  If they do not receive the email, have them contact us at 1-800-216-9472 during normal business hours or via email at support@bunk1.com.
