WHY DOES IT SAY “THIS FIELD IS REQUIRED”?

You will receive this message when you have not completed all of the required information during registration. Is it possible that you have missed the User Type field?  Click on the pulldown menu to select the type of user you are (e.g., “I am a parent…”, “I am a relative…”).
