While we do email a notice that you have received a Bunk Reply to the email address on your account, the Bunk Reply itself is not emailed to you. Emails with attachments are often mistaken for spam (a.k.a. junk mail) and blocked by email service providers. Bunk1 does not want to risk your camper’s Bunk Reply being deleted by an overzealous spam filter so we post the Bunk Reply to your Bunk1 account and do not email the actual Bunk Reply to you.
(Even though the “You have a Bunk Reply” notification email is less like to be mistakenly tagged as spam, sometimes even that email ends up accidentally blocked. So you should periodically review your “spam” or “junk mail” email folder to make sure that nothing important (e.g., email from Bunk1) is being blocked.)
