When you set up an account for relatives or friends, we will automatically assign them usernames and passwords. We will also send them an email with their username and password, explaining what you have done and how to access the password protected Community features.
While you may wish to let your relatives or friends know to expect this email, you do not need to send them anything. (e.g., You should *not* send them your username and password)
NOTE: If the relatives or friends for whom you set up accounts use AOL, please check with them to see if they have received the email from Bunk1. AOL includes a number of anti-spam (a.k.a. junk email) tools. Like all anti-spam software, these tools are not perfect. Sometimes legitimate email is accidentally tagged as spam and deleted. If they have not received the email, have them contact us at 1-800-216-9472 during normal business hours or via email at relatives@bunk1.com.
