We have contacted AOL about some problems Mac users have been having. What they told us is that this is a known bug with AOL and that they had no fix for the problem. (This was a little surprising to us.)
They suggested this workaround:
1. Get online (sign into AOL if necessary)
2. Minimize AOL
3. Open either Safari or Internet Explorer and use that browser to access the website
