"Not recommended" refers to the quality of the picture file posted by your camp. If the picture was taken at a low resolution, it may look grainy and the edges may look jagged when printed instead of crisp and smooth.
Unfortunately, the resolution is determined by the camera the camp uses and the settings on that camera. There is nothing Bunk1 can do to increase the resolution of a picture file sent to us by your camp.
You can still purchase prints, t-shirts, mouse pads and other gift items of pictures marked as "Not recommended" but the end result may not be as clear as you would like.
