WHY AM I NOT GETTING EMAIL FROM BUNK1? (AOL users)

AOL includes a number of anti-spam (a.k.a. junk email) tools. Like all anti-spam software, these tools are not perfect. Sometimes legitimate email is accidentally tagged as spam and deleted. To make sure that no email from Bunk1 (e.g., password confirmation email) is accidentally tagged as spam, you have two options:

Option 1: ACCEPT ALL EMAIL

  1. Click the "Mail" link on the AOL toolbar
  2. From the drop-down menu, click on "Mail Controls" or "Block Unwanted Mail"
  3. Click the "Off" link below and at the far left end of the horizontal bar
  4. Make sure all the “Additional Spam Filters” in the bottom section of this window are set to “OFF”
  5. Click "Save"

Option 2: ADD BUNK1 TO YOUR ADDRESS BOOK

  1. Click the "Mail" link on the AOL toolbar
  2. From the drop-down menu, click on "Address Book"
  3. Click the "Add" or "Add Contact" button
  4. For "Screen Name" type: Bunk1
  5. For the first "Other email" type either parents@bunk1.com, relatives@bunk1.com, staff@bunk1.com, or alumni@bunk1.com, as appropriate. (Note: “relatives” includes both relatives and friends)
  6. For the second "Other email" type: info@bunk1.com
  7. Click "Save"
