If you are only seeing the first 100 pictures in a folder you are likely in “slide show” view. Each slideshow contains at most 100 pictures. If there are more than 100 pictures in the folder, you can advance to the next slideshow in the folder by clicking the “Next” link above the pictures.
Alternatively, click on the “page view” link above and to the right of the picture to go switch to “page view.” Then, use the pulldown above and to the left of the picture to change the number of pictures shown to 1 per page. You can manually advance through the pictures.
