Bunk1 is not on location at camp so we cannot tell why you have not received a Bunk Reply from your camper however there are a few general possibilities:
1. Your camper has not written a Bunk Reply – When campers are having fun at camp, writing home is often the last thing they remember to do.
2. Your camper has written a Bunk Reply but the camp has not yet faxed it to Bunk1 – If you suspect that your camper’s counselor is not collecting and handing in the Bunk Replies to be faxed, you need to contact your camp to let them know.
3. Your camper has written but accidentally mailed the page home instead of giving it to camp to fax – There are clear instructions at the top of the page but mistakes happen.
4. Your camper has written but used something other than Bunk Reply Stationery – The Stationery is specially bar coded so we can automatically route it to your account. If we receive a fax without this bar code, we are unable to determine who it is intended for and are unable to deliver it. This happens rarely and mostly with children whose parents have not sent Bunk Reply Stationery but want to write home like the rest of their friends.
5. Your camper has written but wrote on someone else's Bunk Reply Stationery – If he lost the Stationery you sent, he may not realize that he cannot simply use someone else's. When this happens, the other parent who receives the Bunk Reply typically contacts Bunk1 and, if we can determine who the Bunk Reply was intended for, we are often able to re-route it to you.
