WHY IS MY DEBIT CARD NOT WORKING?

Without more information about your specific error, it is hard to tell what preventing your transaction from going through. There are two general possibilities:

  1. Debit cards – some debit cards do not work for all online purchases. This is not due to Bunk1. It is caused by your card issuer not authorizing the fund transfer. You can try contacting your card issuer for more information or use a different debit card (or a credit card) instead.
  2. Typos – often the reason a credit card is not accepted is as simple as a typo in the card number. Please try your charge again.

If you are still unable to pay with this card and do not have another card to use, click the link below the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the page that says, “Click Here to Pay by Check.”

Note: If you have selected a free trial magazine subscription as part of registration, you will not see the pay by check option. Please click “Edit” on the summary page to remove the subscription to pay by check. This option is not available in Canada.
