WHY IS MY PRE-APPROVED REGISTRATION CODE NOT WORKING?

If the Pre-Approved Registration Code you have is not working, please make certain that you are entering it exactly as written. As some codes contain both numbers and letters, please be careful not to mistake letters (e.g., “L” or “O”) for numbers (e.g., “1” or “0”) or vice versa.

NOTE: Your Pre-Approved Registration Code is not your username or password. You select your own username and password during registration. This code is to be entered in a separate field at the top of the first page of registration or, if you are reactivating your account or initially registered without the code, at the top right of the page after you sign in.

Some Pre-Approved Registration Codes are single-use for your camper's protection. If you get a message that your code has been used, typically one of three things has happened:

  1. The code was used in a prior attempt to register: If you tried once to register but were unsuccessful (e.g., you lost your internet connection mid-way), the code has still been ‘used.’ If this is the case, you can simply sign in with that username and password and pick up where you left off.
  2. A friend or relative has used the code: If your spouse or some other relative has used this code to set up an account, it cannot be used again. (You can share an account with your immediate family. Other relatives and friends must register for their own account without the pre-approved registration code.)
  3. Someone else has used the code: Occasionally, the camp hands out the same code twice by mistake.

If your code does not work (and you are unable to resume a prior attempt to register), simply register without the code by leaving that field empty. When you are done registering, send us an email with your camp name, your username, first & last name, and the Pre-Approved Registration Code you were sent in the mail and I will see to it that you are approved.

If you get a message that your username is taken, you will need to select a new one.

(Note: For your username, please do not use spaces, commas, apostrophes, or any characters other than letters and/or numbers)
