Terms & Conditions:
All payments(except a $350 processing fee)are refundable prior to November 15, 2016. After Nov.15, 2016, refunds are at the discretion of the Directors.
Tuition is not subject to a refund for late arrival, early departure, or dismissal of a camper due to misconduct or violation of camp policies (including cell phone policy). When
it shall serve the best interest of the Camp, the Directorate reserves the sole right to terminate the camper's attendance at the camp either before or during the camp season
and any such termination will result in no refund of tuition. Past Due or overdue accounts are subject to finance charges at a rate of 18% annually (1.5%/month). I/We
acknowledge that non-refunded tuition payments, subsequent installment payments including fees and interest on past due or overdue accounts constitute reasonable liquidated
damages and not a penalty, and I/we hereby waive any right to assert the contrary. If tuition or fees are not paid in full for the camper, the undersigned will be liable for all costs
of collection including attorney's fees. Parent must inform the Directors prior to registration if Camper has received professional counseling or medication for behavioral
modification during the last 12 months. Parent must also inform Directors immediately if such care or medication occurs after registration and prior to the camp season. Failure
to so inform Directors may lead to dismissal of Camper from Camp. The Camp may reproduce,copy, and distribute any images or likeness of the camper and her family (including
but not limited to digital images, audio recordings, photographs, dvd's of campers or their likeness. I/we agree to release and indemnify, to hold harmless The Camp, it's owners,
directors, and staff, with regard to any claims for injuries to person or property of the child or caused by the child while at the Camp or involved in Camp activities, including
but not limited to, aquatic activities on a river, lake, or pool, off-campus trips, mountain biking, hiking, and traveling in Camp owned/leased vehicles. By enrolling my daughter,
I/we are giving permission for her to participate in all activities and trips sponsored by the Camp, on or off campus, and understand that Belvoir Terrace is not responsible for
others who may provide activities to the Camper off-campus. This Contract shall be construed in accordance with the substantive law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,
without giving effect to the choice of law provisions of any other state and the undersigned, on his/her own behalf and on the behalf of the child enrolled, by signing this Contract,
consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of Massachusetts to resolve any dispute hereunder and do hereby agree to mediation as a precondition to filing any lawsuit and further
agrees to waive any rights for trial by jury. In the event of any proceeding which results in a determination in favor of The Camp, The Camp shall be entitled to recover all costs
and expenses including attorney fees as well as accumulated interest. The terms of this agreement may not be altered in any manner except by another written agreement,
witnessed and signed by the parties thereto. I/We agree to the terms of this Agreement, and by my signature aver that I have full authority to undertake the terms thereof.
