FOR CAMPERS (Age 8-15 with diabetes):
January 1, 2016: Application Opens
January - May 2016: Rolling Admissions (Spaces LIMITED!)
-DUE Immediately Following Application: Mail 2 copies of Completed, Signed Health Form
May 2, 2016: Camp Fees Due ($1,200 for Campers) unless covered by Financial Assistance

FOR Advanced Camper Experience “ACE” (Age 16 with diabetes):
January 1, 2016: Application Opens
January - May 2016: Rolling Admissions (Spaces LIMITED!)
-DUE Immediately Following Application: Mail 2 copies of Completed, Signed Health Form
May 2, 2016: Camp Fees Due ($700) unless covered by Financial Assistance

FOR 17-YEAR-OLD STAFF:
January 1, 2016: Application Opens
January - May 2015: Rolling Admissions (Spaces LIMITED!)
-DUE Immediately Following Application: 2 copies of Completed, Signed Health Form (or online form for staff without diabetes)

FOR ADULT STAFF (Age 18 and up as of July 24, 2016):
January 1, 2015: Application Opens
January - May 2015: Rolling Admissions (Spaces LIMITED!)
-Background check required for all adult staff; you will be provided with a link from Intellicorp to complete.
